The Board of Carbon County Commissioners has given the Hugus Ferguson building on Cedar Street in Rawlins to the Downtown Development Authority. The long-vacant, historic property was supposed to be the future home of the Carbon County Museum in Rawlins, but as Bigfoot 99 reported in September 2020, the move was nixed after the museum’s Board of Directors concluded it was no longer feasible. Cali O’Hare has the latest update.
