To improve coordination and cooperation between the Carbon County and City of Rawlins snow removal crews this winter, the two entities have entered into a memorandum of understanding outlining their expectations.
The four-page agreement only applies to snow removed from county-owned properties in Rawlins. Cali O’Hare reports.
