In Rawlins, Brian Markut has spent much of the summer in the weeds, literally. Markut is the city’s code enforcement officer. He’s asking property owners to eliminate multiple hazards and eyesores around town by cutting overgrown weeds and grass. Cali O’Hare has the story.
