Carbon County does not have an official seal or insignia illustrating the area’s culture, history and array of natural resources. The Board of Carbon County Commissioners want to change that.
The board is inviting artists to create a brand for Carbon County. The best design will receive a cash prize. Cali O’Hare has the story.
