The Carbon County Commissioners unanimously appointed Chief Deputy Coroner Brittany Nyman to fill the vacancy left by longtime coroner Paul Zamora’s early retirement. Nyman was sworn into office yesterday afternoon. She’ll serve through 2022, at which time she plans to run for election. Cali O’Hare reports.
