The 20-year-old man who fired at police as he speed away from a traffic stop near Elk Mountain last Friday is being held on a $1 million cash-only bond.

Missouri resident Jett Garriott Adams had skipped a court hearing in his home state, and is a convicted sex offender. Cali O’Hare reports on the shoot-out, the chase, the crash and the charges.
