In Rawlins, a pair of stop signs located on E. State Street on the south side of the city will likely be replaced with yield signs in the coming weeks. The stop signs were recommended to the City Council in 2019 by the Urban Systems Committee, which is now recommending they be removed and replaced. Cali O’Hare takes a look at the history behind the traffic signs at the intersection of Higley Boulevard and State Street.
