The former Emergency Medical Technician accused in an internet child porn case waived his preliminary hearing in Carbon County Circuit Court Thursday morning.

The man will next appear in District Court before Judge Snyder, at which time he’ll have an opportunity to enter a plea to the five felony charges.

Bigfoot 99’s Cali O’Hare spoke with one of the special agents behind the investigation and filed this update.
