The Upper Platte River Solid Waste Disposal District is addressing issues that have cropped up during the first three months of operating its own billing system for Saratoga residents.
Until recently, Saratoga Town Hall did the billing then reimbursed the landfill board. Their relationship deteriorated in recent years, and the landfill established its own billing system.
At their last meeting, board members looked at fixing problems that arose during the first three billing cycles. Emma Diercks has the story.
