The Town of Saratoga will soon pay for garbage service. The bill will come to more than $15,000 a year. In the past the town has traded administrative fees for handling the billing in exchange for free trash service. The arrangement soured recently, and both town hall and Upper Platte River Solid Waste Disposal District want out of the contract. Emma Diercks has the story.
