Solar-powered vehicles race through Wyoming

They don’t travel at the speed of light, but they use light to power their engines. The American Solar Challenge is a collegiate competition where students design, build and race solar-powered electric vehicles. This year, the competition is coming through the Cowboy State beginning today. Cali O’Hare has more.
