A deficient fire alarm panel inside the Rawlins City Hall is finally being replaced. The panel reached end of life long ago, but the project was delayed in late 2019, when the panel at the recreation center experienced an unanticipated major malfunction.

The funding for the panel at City Hall was redirected toward the more urgent need. Last week, the Rawlins City Council awarded the nearly $40,000 job at City Hall. Cali O’Hare has more.
