A WYDOT traffic study has given a red light to a proposed traffic signal at Higley Boulevard and East Murray in Rawlins.

The state highway department concluded traffic control at the intersection along the 287 Bypass won’t be needed for at least another 20 years, if then. Cali O’Hare has more.
