According to the National Weather Service, the municipalities within Carbon County are unlikely to see flooding. The southeast portion of the county, however, may see significant impacts along the Upper North Platte River. County officials are making plans on how to shut down roads and bridges that may see debris from the Mullen Fire burn scar.
