In Rawlins, the governing body has added a last-minute item to the agenda for tonight’s regularly scheduled meeting. The city council will consider the possible suspension of the Peppermill Bar’s liquor license after receiving notification from the state that the establishment has, once again, failed to pay its sales taxes. Cali O’Hare has the story.
