In Rawlins, the city manager is hoping to narrow the gap between the public and local government workers by hosting monthly, live-streamed question and answer sessions. Dubbed “Behind the Scenes,” the series will give residents an opportunity to ask questions, voice concerns and share ideas with city officials. Cali O’Hare has details.
