The Rawlins Chamber of Commerce is relocating after more than 30 years in the same location on Cedar Street. The move is, in large part, due to financial reasons. The current building is far too big for the nonprofit, and costs it hundreds of dollars a month in utilities. Cali O’Hare has the story.
