The City of Rawlins plans to hire an additional programmer to help improve and expand the recreation opportunities and activities in the area, including through partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
Thanks to some strategic budgeting and restructuring done by Parks and Rec Director Jason Sehon, the new position will not impact the department’s bottom line. Cali O’Hare has more.
