The Rawlins City Council opted to remove the final decision on amending the code to allow hog panel fencing to be used to protect trees, landscaping and gardens from last week’s meeting agenda. Instead, the governing body will revisit the matter after next week’s vote on an emergency ordinance to rescind Title 19 in its entirety. Cali O’Hare reports.
