The Rawlins City Council will conduct a “special meeting” Wednesday night. The published reason for the meeting is “to discuss procedures.” An Executive Session also will be held. No more details were given by City Hall.

Bigfoot 99 reached out for a clarification. Staff referred us to Mayor Terry Weickum.

Bigfoot 99 asked the mayor whether the meeting is to discuss the procedures for filling the empty council seat or general procedures with the two new council members seated during the first meeting of the year. Mayor Weickum said it will be a mix of both.
