In Rawlins, the Downtown Development Authority has officially put out a call for artwork to incorporate into the new “Creative Hands Community Art Banners Program.” Cali O’Hare has the details.

The artwork on this banner was done by RHS graduate Kaitlyn Garner and depicts some of the storefronts in historic Downtown Rawlins. Photo by Cali O’Hare/Bigfoot 99.
