In Rawlins, the annual Arbor Day Celebration resulted in nearly 300 trees, bushes and seedlings heading to new homes within the municipality. Representatives from Wyoming State Forestry Division traveled to Rawlins to formally renew its designation as a Tree City for the 26th consecutive year. Cali O’Hare has more.
