In an update to a story Bigfoot 99 has been following, the Bird e-scooters will not arrive in time for 2021, but the Urban Systems Committee remains hopeful a 2022 launch is still in the cards.

Before the electric scooters can hit the pavement in Rawlins, a series of amendments to Title 10 are necessary. The committee will not undertake those changes at this time, opting instead to see how the scooters run in other Wyoming communities, like Evanston and Cheyenne. Cali O’Hare has the latest.
