Three months after holding an initial work session about a zero waste partnership with representatives from Wyoming Recovery and Recyclables, the Rawlins City Council met a second time to address some of its outstanding questions. As a whole, the governing body is supportive of the project and excited by the possibility, but councilors say they need to continue sorting through the details before any contracts are signed.
