In Rawlins, the award-winning recycling center more than doubled its cardboard collections this summer, processing up to 2.5 tons of the material daily. Although the overall program has always been successful, the Superintendent noted a marked increase in cardboard recycling following the onset of the pandemic. Cali O’Hare has the story.
