Last month in Rawlins, Verizon installed a 100-foot tall tower in the city’s historic district.

Neighbors who live nearby the cell phone base station have voiced concerns about the potential health impacts from the resulting radiation. One of them is an ER doctor who is moving from his home of more than twenty years. Another is a father of three young children who says he’s worried about the potential health effects of long term exposure.

Cali O’Hare continues to follow the story.
