In Rawlins, people can expect to see big changes in Washington Park this week. Over a half dozen adult trees, identified as an invasive species, will be cut down and the stumps ground to below grade. It’s the first step in the city’s plan to conduct an inventory and develop a maintenance plan for each of the thousands of trees in Rawlins. Cali O’Hare has the story.
