The City of Rawlins will celebrate its 26th year as a “Tree City USA” by offering free saplings and ready-to-plant trees to area residents. The municipality was forced to cancel last year’s Arbor Day celebration, but the otherwise annual event is set to take place again next week. Cali O’Hare has the details.
