The Saratoga Town Council on Tuesday approved a report from third-party accountant James Childress, who was hired to address concerns over the 2018 -2019 fiscal year budget.
The report acknowledges that the town has been running deficit general fund balance for years and covered the overruns with money from restricted enterprise accounts. Emma Diercks has the story.
