A request to move Saratoga Town Council meetings to the Platte Valley Community Center failed with a two-to-three vote Tuesday evening.

Public attendance has been limited since statewide public health orders went into effect in March. The theater or Great Hall at the PVCC both would allow for greater public attendance within the revised social distancing guidelines.

With this week’s vote, however, meetings will continue to take place at the town hall with a maximum of 17 people allowed. This includes the governing body, staff and department heads Emma Diercks has the story.
