Payday is moving for Town of Saratoga employees. The town is operating without a full-time clerk. The empty position is creating a challenge in getting paychecks out on Tuesday, especially after holidays. Most municipalities avoid the problem by paying employees on another day of the week. That hasn’t stopped the complaints on social media. Emma Diercks has the story.
