As Wyoming’s economy shrinks, about 80 residents in Carbon County are at risk of losing their home health services.

The Wyoming Legislature’s Joint Appropriations Committee meets this afternoon to discuss whether to defund the program that offers senior care, light housekeeping and help with daily activities. Emma Diercks reports.
