In Rawlins, a subcommittee has formed to conduct a legal review of proposed changes to Title 10, which would be necessary if ever the city were to welcome fleets of electric scooters. The goal is to have the review complete and a recommendation ready for the governing body this winter, so that e-scooters could hit the streets of Rawlins come summer.
