School enrollment numbers up in Wyoming

Throughout Wyoming, enrollment at K-12 schools has increased. Carbon County School District One also saw an increase in students while District Two experienced a decline. Emma Diercks has the details.

City of Rawlins audit report shows big mistakes

In Rawlins, despite a 76-page external audit that showed revenues and expenses were misstated in the city’s books by as much as $6 million, the officials charged with overseeing the people’s money had few questions about the numbers and no objections to the report Tuesday night.

City Council members, apparently comprehending every line of the lengthy audit, approved it on a unanimous vote and with minimal discussion. Cali O’Hare has the story.

Saratoga officers get new leadership roles

The Saratoga Police Chief and a sergeant have been appointed to new leadership roles. The Town Council unanimously approved the appointments Tuesday evening. Emma Diercks has the story.
