In Rawlins, Dustin Ziebold has resigned after seven months on the job. Ziebold accomplished much during his short time, coming in at first as Finance Manager then doubling up his duties as interim city manager. His last day with the City of Rawlins is next month. Cali O’Hare has the story.

Following this report, Bigfoot 99 learned that former Manager Hannum was dropping off a cup of coffee for his wife, who works in the city’s finance department.
