The Wyoming Cowboys will play their annual spring game on Saturday afternoon inside War Memorial Stadium.
Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. in a game open to the public.
The players wrapped up the fourth week of spring practice this past Saturday afternoon with a scrimmage inside the Indoor Practice Facility.
Additional situational periods were also scheduled.
Cowboys Head Coach Jay Sawvel summed it up this way: “”We have a lot of work to work on, but we had positives on both sides. I thought today was very physical defensively and we tackled well. I think that showed up on both sides of the ball. The quarterbacks were good and when we opened things up, they could really to get into rhythm.”
The Cowboys open the 2026 season on Saturday September 5 at Colorado State University in a five o’clock kickoff.
