Rawlins officials pump the breaks on parking amendment
Rawlins City Council this week tabled an amendment changing language in the downtown parking code. Discussion of the changes revealed contradictions between city codes, how people normally behave and how police selectively enforce ordinances. Cali O’Hare has the story.

State crews to fill abandoned mines in Carbon County
Beginning in May, the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality plans to fill two abandoned mines in Carbon County ahead of construction of the Gateway West Transmission Line.
