Saratoga mayor weighs in on airport board

The Saratoga Town Council will proceed with the third and final reading of two ordinances to change the airport board to an advisory role this evening.

Rawlins PD improves dispatch technology

The Rawlins Police Department has deployed a new tool that allows dispatchers to locate a cell phone caller with pinpoint accuracy. Officials say the improved technology also means faster response times. Cali O’Hare sat down with RPD Dispatch and filed this report.

Local students earn recognition at Wyoming Congressional Awards

Carbon County was well represented at the recent Wyoming Congressional Awards ceremony held at the state capitol. Twenty students from across the county were awarded either bronze, silver or gold medals for their commitment to volunteer work, personal development and physical fitness as wells as immersing themselves in wilderness and cultural projects.
