Dispatchers, the voice on the receiving end of 9-1-1 calls, are often the unsung heroes in emergency situations. The dispatcher’s job is to make sure people in distress get the help they need as quickly as possible.

Bigfoot 99’s Cali O’Hare sat down with the Communications Supervisor in Rawlins to talk about the crucial work of dispatchers do.
