Rawlins Finance Director and Acting City Manager Dustin Ziebold said he took “a super conservative approach” to his proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year.

Last week, Ziebold presented the figures to the Rawlins City Council for the first time during a work session. Although councilors expressed their hesitation about the budget in such uncertain times, Ziebold says he’s confident.
