The latest victim of the novel coronavirus is the annual Arbor Day Celebration hosted by the City of Rawlins Green Spaces Department. Mayor Nicholson issued a proclamation declaring today, April 24th as Arbor Day, but the annual sapling give-aways, raffles and tree sales won’t take place this weekend. Cali O’Hare reports.
