The City of Rawlins is making plans to reopen its buildings and resume public access at most of its facilities in the coming weeks.

Interim Rawlins City Manager Dustin Ziebold released a two-page document last Friday detailing his plans for quote, “a smooth transition back to normalcy.” Cali O’Hare reports.
