Five annual fireworks shows are slated to take place this year throughout Carbon County, including in Rawlins and Saratoga.
The Board of Carbon County Commissioners approved four firework display permits and the Rawlins City Council approved one during their separate meetings held Tuesday. Cali O’Hare attended both meetings and filed this report.
