In Rawlins, a new aeration system was installed earlier this month at three lagoon ponds at the wastewater treatment plant.  It replaces an older system that had been in a state of disrepair for years.

The new system will bring the city into compliance with the DEQ, while saving thousands of dollars each year. Cali O’Hare has more.
