Liquor laws are changing this year, as well. Governor Mark Gordon recently sign House Bill 13, a bill that will change various aspects of Wyoming’s liquor laws starting July 1st. On Monday, the Wyoming Liquor Division held a seminar breaking down the modifications. Emma Diercks takes a look.
