Rawlins City Council took action this week on a portion of municipal code which both residents and police largely ignored because it comes up short. Council approved on first reading an amendment to repeal 10.33. The ordinance puts vehicles longer than 20 feet outside the law and at risk of being ticketed when parked in the diagonal spaces downtown. Cali O’Hare has the story.
