In Rawlins, the new police chief was quick to give credit where it’s due during his first update to the city council. He also spoke about the recent hires of three officers, a civilian employee, and numerous open positions. Chief Michael Ward was officially hired in May, but his first day on the job was August 2nd. Cali O’Hare has the details.
