The Rawlins City Council has directed the Urban Systems Committee to explore options for converting a handful of narrow streets in Ward 3 to one-way only. The governing body is seeking recommendations on how to proceed from the committee. The concept surfaced last November as a potential compromise following the defeat of a proposed ordinance related to on-street RV parking. Cali O’Hare has the latest.
