A high speed chase that began near Elk Mountain late Thursday morning ended with the suspect being taken into custody on the railroad tracks just east of Rawlins. The pursuit began when a trooper initiated a traffic stop for a Volkswagen Jetta that was swerving in and out of traffic. Cali O’Hare reports.
