The Carbon County Commissioners are preparing to consider a resolution enacting a temporary and emergency moratorium on all renewable energy development within the Medicine Bow Pronghorn winter range within the Shirley Basin. The vote could come at next’s week meeting, scheduled for December 7th. Cali O’Hare has the latest update in this ongoing story.
